THE BALDISO GUARANTEE
BALDISO bikes are not just stiff and lightweight, but also built to be robust and durable.
Lifetime Warranty on Frames
BALDISO bikes will repair or replace, at their discretion, any frames, seat posts, or forks manufactured by BALDISO that have a material or workmanship defect. The warranty applies to the lifetime of the frame or fork and is available exclusively to the original owner. Frames purchased before January 1, 2020, are covered for five years from the original purchase date under the previous warranty.
The warranty period for the paint and surface finishes of the frames, as well as the decals, is 3 years from the purchase date. Fading and other damage caused by excessive exposure to UV light or other weather conditions are excluded from the warranty.
Crash Replacement
If the frame, seat post, or fork is damaged in a way that is not covered by our warranty, BALDISO bikes offers the original owner replacement parts at half the price of the retail value.
